Delivery, Returns & Exchange Policy
Delivery
All of your items are sent via EVRi or Royal Mail. By placing an order, you agree to comply with this policy.
Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options for your convenience:
• UK Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days. Free for all orders over £75.00.
• UK Next Day Delivery: Order before 12pm. Additional fees apply.
• UK Saturday Delivery By Noon: Order before 12pm Friday. Additional fees apply.
Returns - Full Price Items
We hope you love your Natasha Mila pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied we have a 14-day return policy, which means items must arrive back to us within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the day the item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags and in its original packaging. Any signs of wear or damage will result in a refusal of the return, and items will be returned back to you.
Please check your items carefully before removing any tags as this invalidates the returns policy. To request a return, you can contact us at hello@natashamilajewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Please send an email including your order number, the name on your order and the email address used to place the order. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package and you will be provided with a “RA”. Please include this Return Authorisation and your order number in the package. We always advise to gain proof of postage and to send the item back on a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. Natasha Mila Jewellery Limited cannot be held responsible should any returned items go missing in the post.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once an item is returned, it will need to be inspected and can take between 3-5 working days to process.
Personalised Jewellery Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised jewellery, all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Earrings
Due to the nature of pierced earrings, all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
Sale & Markdown Items
All items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are non-returnable. All sales are final. Sale and markdown refer to items that display both the original price and the discounted price.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@natashamilajewellery.com.
If an order was placed through Clearpay or Klarna refunds might take longer to process.

Damages and Issues
We always hope that your products are perfect, however, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
If the tag is removed from the item, we won’t be able to accept a damage claim once delivery is accepted. We will always repair or replace the item, and in the event that the item can not be repaired or replaced will then be happy to issue a refund.
Please email hello@natashamilajewellery.com before returning your item to us so that we can advise you of the next steps.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If the return is approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
If the item is not approved, we will send the item back to the original postal address on the order.
